Studios 5 & 6 offer flexible production configurations with Studio 5's expansive 12,000 sq ft facility and Studio 6's compact 1,000 sq ft space, conveniently located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NYC, with direct loading dock access.
Studio 5 accommodates large-scale productions with specialized infrastructure, including gas hookups, water connections, and floor drains for culinary shoots, while Studio 6 provides an efficient green screen environment for smaller setups.
Both studios feature separate entrances and complete sound isolation, allowing them to be rented independently for simultaneous productions or together for complex shoots requiring multiple environments.

STUDIO 5: EXPANSIVE PRODUCTION SPACE
Studio 5 features a 12,000 sq ft facility with 7,200 sq ft shooting area and a 35'W x 25'6"L one-wall cyclorama with 16 feet to grid and full lighting grid. The studio delivers 2,100 amps of power via camlok drops throughout the space, supporting demanding technical requirements for large-scale productions.

STUDIO 6: COMPACT CYCLORAMA STAGE
Studio 6 offers a 1,000 sq ft facility with a 24'W x 21'D one-wall cyclorama and a full lighting grid with 16’ height. The studio provides 480 amps of power with an additional 1,425 amps available.
Studios 5 and 6 are adjacent to each other. Studio 6 can also be used as an additional support space.

TALENT SUPPORT AMENITIES
Studios 5 & 6 include multiple sound-isolated green rooms with professional HMUs and private bathrooms. The spaces serve as comfortable refuge areas for VIP talent, client viewing quarters, or production workspaces, equipped with high-speed internet and climate control for extended shoot days.

MULTI-PURPOSE FLEX SPACE
Studio 5 includes 6,500 sq ft of flex space designed for catering setup, equipment holding, or scenic construction. The space features water connections, gas hookups, floor drains, and ceiling ventilation, making it ideal for culinary productions requiring kitchen functionality.

DIRECT LOADING DOCK ACCESS
Both studios feature direct loading dock access for efficient equipment handling and set construction. The drive-in configuration streamlines load-in and load-out, eliminating street-side unloading and weather exposure during setup.

ON-SITE GRIP AND ELECTRIC
A fully stocked grip and electric compound at our Studio 5-9 Complex provides immediate equipment access for last-minute needs. The on-site facility ensures comprehensive G&E support without delays or off-site rental coordination.
NEW YORK FILM & TELEVISION PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT
All of our soundstages are qualified for NY Film Tax Credit
If you are producing a feature film, pilot, or a television series, you may be eligible for a fully refundable base line credit of 25% of qualified production costs incurred in New York State. Be Electric Studios is a Level 2 Qualified Production Facility (QPF), participating in the NY Film Production Tax Credit Program.
