Studio 10 offers one of the largest shooting environments in Brooklyn, NYC, with 12,000 sq ft facility, 9,000 sq ft shooting area, 25’ height ceilings, 22’ height grid throughout the space, and a massive three-wall cyclorama.

The studio is perfect for large-scale productions, and being a Level Two Qualified Production Facility, it helps productions applying for the NY Film Tax Credit.

The facility delivers robust technical infrastructure with 3,600 amps of electricity, 60 tons of silent climate control, and street-level drive-in access, and premium production support with a VIP green room featuring a private entrance and full bath/shower, plus dedicated production offices for seamless workflow management.

EXPANSIVE SHOOTING ENVIRONMENT

Studio 10 features 9,000 sq ft of shooting area (155' x 58') with a massive 54'W x 50'D x 20'H three-wall cyclorama providing seamless backgrounds for large-scale productions. It offers 25-foot ceilings and 22 feet to grid throughout the space to support complex rigging and wide shots.
PROFESSIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The facility delivers 3,600 amps of electricity with double neutral cam-lok drops throughout the stage, 60 tons of silent climate control for optimal shooting conditions, and a 12'x15' soundproof elephant door maintaining acoustic isolation while allowing efficient equipment access.
SECOND-FLOOR PRODUCTION OFFICES

Dedicated production offices on the second floor provide workspace for production coordination, client meetings, and creative reviews. The elevated offices offer overview visibility while maintaining separation from active shooting areas below.
STREET-LEVEL DRIVE-IN ACCESS

Direct drive-in access with a large loading area allows vehicles to enter the stage for efficient equipment handling and set construction. The ground-floor configuration eliminates loading complications and protects gear during setup.
TALENT AND CLIENT FACILITIES

Studio 10 includes a VIP green room with private entrance and full bath/shower, plus seven total bathrooms including two private bathrooms with showers and one hair sink station for comprehensive talent support and crew accommodations.
IN-HOUSE GRIP AND ELECTRIC

A fully stocked grip and electric compound at our Studio 5-9 Complex provides immediate equipment access for last-minute needs. The on-site facility ensures comprehensive G&E support without delays or off-site rental coordination.

NEW YORK FILM & TELEVISION PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT

All of our soundstages are qualified for NY Film Tax Credit

If you are producing a feature film, pilot, or a television series, you may be eligible for a fully refundable base line credit of 25% of qualified production costs incurred in New York State. Be Electric Studios is a Level 2 Qualified Production Facility (QPF), participating in the NY Film Production Tax Credit Program.
