FAQ + Policies

Equipment from outside rental houses or equipment providers is not permitted on the premises unless sourced and provided by Be Electric Studios, LLC. Exceptions may be made for equipment items mutually agreed upon in advance by Licensee and Be Electric Studios, LLC.

Be Electric Studios, LLC requires all gear orders to be completely confirmed by Lessee with a signed invoice and payment made in full by 10am on the business day before the first contracted rental date. Orders that confirm after 10am on the business day before the first contracted rental date will be subject to equipment overtime fees equal to $100/hr, up until but not exceeding 8pm, as determined on a case-by-case basis and entirely dependent on the complexity of the build.

Be Electric Studios, LLC does not guarantee availability of items confirmed after 4pm.

Expendables are charged on a per-use basis at the end of the shoot via a separate invoice. Unused, wrapped expendables may be returned after shoot but must be received by a studio assistant or manager from a member of production team to receive credit.

Equipment additions made throughout the day by crew members will be billed to Licensee accordingly. All costs for gear and rented equipment additions are assumed to be approved by Licensee. Be Electric Studios LLC assumes no responsibility for monitoring the cost of gear additions.

Equipment rental charges are additional to studio rental fees. Studio rental fees, equipment rental charges, and all contracted and/or confirmed services are non-refundable.
