Arrival

Your Stage Manager will be at the studio to greet you upon your arrival! If you arrive before your call time and need to get into the studio, please call 917-202-7003.

For Emergencies regarding the opening of the studio, please call (646) 598-1454

Load-In

The loading area is street-level and can fit a vehicle.

Parking

We have a parking lot available to rent located right around the corner on 113 Harrison Place. The lot can accommodate up to 6 cars or 2 trucks. If you find yourself in need of parking, you are able to rent either the entire lot or individual spaces! Please reach out to booking@beelectric.tv for more details.

If you are renting out Studio 7, parking inside the studio is permitted. Free street parking is available near and around the stages. Please be sure to look for and follow all parking signs and city rules, as Be Electric does not take responsibility for parking tickets or towed vehicles.

Help! I need more Equipment.

Contact your stage manager on duty, who will be happy to assist you! If you do not have a stage manager, contact the EQ department via email or give them a ring!
