Arrival

Your Stage Manager will be at the studio to greet you upon your arrival! If you arrive before your call time and need to get into the studio, please call 917-202-7003.

Load-In

The loading area is street-level and can fit a vehicle/truck. The gate clearance is ~16ft.

Parking

There is a metered parking lot outside the facility. Please be sure to look for and follow all parking signs and city rules, as Be Electric is not responsible for parking tickets or towed vehicles.

You are also able to park a vehicle inside the studio for the duration of your shoot.

Help! I need more Equipment.

Contact your stage manager on duty, who will be happy to assist you! If you do not have a stage manager, contact the EQ department via email or give them a ring!
