Arrival
Your Stage Manager will be at the studio to greet you upon your arrival! If you arrive before your call time and need to get into the studio, please call 917-202-7003.
For Emergencies regarding the opening of the studio, please call (646) 598-1454
Load-In
The loading area is street-level and can fit a vehicle.
Parking
Free street parking is available near and around the stages. Please be sure to look for and follow all parking signs and city rules, as Be Electric does not take responsibility for parking tickets or towed vehicles.
You are also able to park a vehicle inside the studio for the duration of your shoot.
Help! I need more Equipment.
Contact your stage manager on duty, who will be happy to assist you! If you do not have a stage manager, contact the EQ department via email or give them a ring!
FYI, our G&E department is located a few blocks over at the Studios 5-9 complex (108 Ingraham St, Brooklyn, NY 111237).
Please allow time for delivery based onthe availability of items.
Wrapping Out
Contact your on-site stage manager or call 917-202-7003, and one of our crew members will lock up the stage.
